Returns and Credit Policy
B2B Distribution – TCG and Collectibles
1. Scope of application
This policy applies exclusively to B2B transactions carried out between the company and retailers, self-employed professionals, vending operators and other business customers. Sales to end consumers are expressly excluded.
As these are not B2C transactions, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with the applicable regulations governing commercial transactions.
2. Nature of the products
The products sold belong to the Trading Card Game (TCG) and collectibles sector, including, but not limited to:
- Sealed products.
- Limited editions.
- Pre-orders and reservations.
- Items whose value may be affected by handling, opening or market fluctuations.
Due to the nature of these products, physical returns are not accepted under any circumstances, except where expressly required by law.
3. Returns not accepted
As a general rule, returns, exchanges or order cancellations are not accepted, regardless of the reason given, including, but not limited to:
- Purchasing errors made by the customer.
- Changes in demand or market conditions.
